Plants are often exposed to environmental and chemical stress which can impact health and productivity. Boosting natural leaf biology gives greater protection during times of stress.

Foliacin is a biological foliar spray which boosts beneficial microbe populations and supports the protective biofilm on plant foliage.

Foliacin supports leaf retention and overall plant resilience in times of disease pressure, drought, cold, phytotoxic exposure (chemical damage from other sprays) and other stress.

Use Foliacin foliar spray to:

  • Improve plant health and growth
  • Improve recovery from periods of environmental and chemical spray stress
  • Improve flower and fruit set
  • Aid in green leaf retention
  • Maximise photosynthesis

Foliacin contains a combination of compounds from the fermentation of beneficial bacteria and yeast.  These compounds promote plant health and growth and prebuild the protective biofilm of the leaf by activating beneficial microbes that live on the leaf’s surfaces. Trials show that Foliacin treated plants have better health and growth during periods of stress.

Foliacin can be co-applied with normal crop protection and/or nutritional foliar spray applications to help reduce phytotoxic damage to foliage.

  • Calibrate sprayer before use

  • Typical water rates for grapes and vegetable crops are (250–500 L/ha) to just before run-off.
  • Typical water rates for pipfruit and kiwifruit are for ~1,000 L/ha to just before run-off.
